Refund policy

We only offer exchanges, not returns. Exchanges are only applicable on the handmade collections in case of sizing issues and damages! 
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

In case of defects, you must have a order opening video. Send it to us within 3 days of receiving the order to claim any exchanges.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
